PHCP follows cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) and submits to routine third party audits. Our extensive SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) system is up to date and reviewed on a regular basis.

PHCP's Quality Assurance and Quality Control Lab is responsible for all cGMP and Health Canada requirements. They are also responsible for all audits.

The Quality Control team helps to ensure that at the end of the day all cGMP Standards are being followed. They create SOPs, ensure that staff are regularly trained and adhere to strict protocols.

We maintain detailed documentation ensuring formulation consistency from one batch to the next.

Production line operations are rigorously monitored to ensure that the finished goods meet our customers’ exacting standards.

In addition to third party audits we carry out our own internal audits to assist with continuous improvement efforts.

All raw materials, packaging and other components supplied by third-party vendors are routinely inspected. We do internal testing of incoming raw materials and processed bulks.

We partner with external labs for microbiological testing of bulks and finished goods.
